We are profoundly relieved that the hostages have been freed safely from Congregation Beth Israel. Our thoughts remain with those in Colleyville and beyond impacted by this act of violent extremism, and we’re grateful to all who worked so hard to achieve this resolution.

The trauma of this day will live on for CBI and the broader Jewish community.

Now, the hard work continues to defeat antisemitism and ensure that all Americans are free to worship without fear.
